RedeemX Staff Mobile App is a single system with multiple views, accessible on any authorised iOS device offering secure user access and hardware authentication with unlimited licensing. Hardware options can include BYO iOS devices or we can supply you with a compatible mobile device/tablet and charging dock with a connected printer.
Your team, with minimal training, will be able to provide an instant VIP Host experience:
- With “Live Floor View” showing them a real-time snapshot of the gaming room, indicating all Machines in Play (including Tiered Players, Hot Players and Uncarded Players)
- Staff can allocate rewards based on Turnover, Tier or Rating
- Members can be issued and/or redeem points, vouchers and offers
- New members can be signed up, including their photo
- With a renewal banner showing on the member profile, staff can renew membership and update details
- View member communication history, rewards, points, details, notes
- View and Edit member interests and preferences
- Record incidences and welfare checks for harm minimisation compliance
